A Little About Carl

Hello, and thanks for taking the time to view my pictures and find out more about me. I was born and raised in the Toronto area, and I knew from a young age that I loved art. Sketching and painting quickly led to buying a camera with my paper route money when I was about fifteen. From that moment, I was hooked.

After completing my BA in Photography at Ryerson, I began my career, shooting commercial jobs for fashion, product, architecture, and cars. I also ran a wedding studio for some time. In 2014, a client asked if I could shoot real estate. That single job led to thousands. I have truly found a niche that I love. Creating beautiful images to help people with their most important investment feels like a calling I've been blessed with. Nothing brings me more joy than a job well done and a satisfied client.

Which areas do you cover?

Our photographers cover most of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), as illustrated in the map below. This represents our typical operating area. If your property is located outside of this area, please don't hesitate to reach out for additional details.

What is your typical turn around time?

Our typical turnaround time for all project materials is less than 24 hours. However, some parts may be completed faster than others.For instance, as an optional service, photos, single property website, and brochure proofs can be prepared by our photographers while they are still on location.Processes like 3D showcase creation, floor plan drafting, room measurements, and video production may take an additional 12 to 24 hours.

Where can I see your prices and how do I book your services?

How far in advance do I need to book ?

Typically, we have photographers available the next day. However, during busy seasons, we recommend giving us at least 2 days' notice to ensure your preferred time slot is available.

How far in advance I need to cancel

Please provide us with at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel your photography appointment.Please note that if you cancel or reschedule less than 12 hours before the start of the photoshoot, an $80 fee will apply.While we understand that circumstances beyond your control may arise, unfortunately, it's necessary to charge this fee to ensure our photographers are at least partially compensated for the time they've allocated for your photoshoot, during which they might have had to decline other projects.
